The current WTI fuel surcharge, effective July 1, 2008, is 41.2%. The fuel surcharge scheduled to become effective August 1, 2008, is 44.4%.
The July 2008 month-to-date (MTD) average WTI price, as of 7/01/08, is $140.97. If the average price stays within the $140.01 - $141.00 range for the remainder of the month, the resulting fuel surcharge would be 47.2% effective September 1, 2008.
